Our Factory

Our Infrastructure

A single, purpose-built line takes every profile from raw aluminium to a finished, tested, and packed product, with no stage outsourced and no step skipped.

What Our Production Line Includes

7-Tank Surface Pre-Treatment Line: cleaner bath, dual DM water wash, chromatising bath, and triple DM water rinse.
Automatic Powder Booth: non-conductive stainless steel construction with cross-flow/down-draft airflow for clean overspray recovery.
4 Automatic Reciprocating Guns + 2 Manual Guns: synchronised with conveyor speed (0.8-1.2 m/min) for uniform, wrap-around coverage.
22-Metre Conveyorised Curing Tunnel: 3 zones (heat-up, soak/cure, cooling), holding metal at 180°C-200°C for 10-15 minutes.
In-House Quality Control Lab: cross-hatch adhesion, impact resistance, mandrel bend, and film thickness testing on every batch.
Inspection & Packing Area: felt-lined inspection tables, automatic protective-film applicator, and standardised bundling (4, 6, or 8 profiles per bundle).
